Rapidly slap the basketball with alternating hands to improve hand quickness and comfort with the ball.
Tap the ball rapidly between fingertips.
Pass the ball around your waist continuously.
Pass the ball around your legs continuously.
Alternate individual leg wraps, creating a figure 8 with the ball
Hold the ball behind your knees, drop the ball, clap in front of your knees, and catch the ball
Toss the ball in the air and clap as many times as possible then catch the ball
With a partner or against a wall. Toss the basketball back and forth catching underhanded.
Pound the ball with your left hand, about waist height
Pound the ball with your left hand, about knee height
Pound the ball with your left hand, about shoulder height
Dribble the basketball with one hand in front of your body, making a V motion with the ball
