This 4-session small group training program is designed to help young athletes build confidence and fundamental skills leading into basketball tryouts.
Session Dates: April 4, 11, 18, 28
Session Length: 1 hour (9-10 AM)
Group Size: Max 4 athletes
Athletes will focus on ball handling, shooting, footwork, and game play concepts. Each player will also receive simple at-home drills to complete between sessions to reinforce development.
